Critical Change of
Address Information
We
continue to receive premiums, policies and other important
documents at the old Kansas City address. Sometimes mail is
forwarded, but not always. Although we have alerted the post
office and express carriers like FedEx, DHL and UPS, packages
may be left or slid under the doors of empty
offices. To avoid
any delay in processing, please alert your staff to use the
following address for correspondence, applications,
underwriting requirements, delivery requirements, checks and
service requests.

GWL and Final Expense Available in
Montana
Effective November 11, the new Guaranteed Whole Life
and Final Expense product is available for sale in Montana.

Records Retention
Reminder
In
August, we sent out AMB 3783, which contained an updated
records retention policy. Iron Mountain is still receiving
original documents for storage, although this is no longer
necessary. Please save yourself time and expense by reviewing
the attached Agency Managers' Bulletin entitled "Updated
Records Retention Policy" and pass this information along to

the Tools tab and e-Ordering section for GAs and under the
Sales Tools tab and Library section for producers. When you
access forms directly from TransACT, you can always be assured
that you have the most current version.
